  • a lolita's website with lots of pages and cool art. i really like her style and she has good advice, interesting perspectives and a unique worldview, all around very interesting person in a very good way

• 
  • one of my favorite artists of all time, very unique person with amazing art and probably my favorite indie web blog ever . i'm a big fan of unique art, travel, food, and different cultures, and she displays all of this in a way i really love. her art page has so many fanart of media that are/were very influential on me and have adored for years (pathologic, yume nikki, tkmiz, haibane renmei, higurashi and ciconia...)

• omniglot/simon ager
  • a VERY useful language resource site, ran by a very talented man who is very passionate. i am very interested in linguistics, world cultures, and languages in general, so browsing this site is always very fun. i really like learning something new about a language or more every time i check it.

• touhousweets
  • a touhou-themed baking blog. this is my favorite blog on tumblr, despite the two people running it not posting for years... i really like cooking and baking, and i love it when people make food themed after their interests (especially when its my interests too hehehehehehe) my favorite post on there is the komeiji parfaits of course

• name EVERY COUNTRY in the world sporcle game
  • back in 2023, i played this game almost every day until i knew every country. i can now name every single country in the world and identify each outline of them. i struggle with certain island countries, but still am excellent at this skill thanks to sporcle and this game as well.

people

• chiyomi hashiguchi/nekojiru
  • a very very likely to be autistic woman who was a very unique and special individual. her and her art inspires me a lot because it is so unapologetically weird and awful at times, and i mean that in a good way for the most part. additionally, her uniqueness as a person too.... i just wish there were more individuals who weren't afraid to be weird nowadays. read nekojiru comics here

• tsukumizu
  • a mangaka, and talented artist. he is the creator of girls last tour and shimeji simulation. with a unique artstyle, he often draws surreal art incorporating various objects and animals, such as fish. i am a very big fan of his art and i wish he would draw more, but he tweeted that he wants to hide away forever presumably because of mean online comments about past tweets, which makes me sad... (he later deleted those recent tweets)

• jun togawa
  • a singer/songwriter with a very diverse vocal range, and unique subject material used in her songs. she is very very talented and i love her work a lot. in fact, my site is mostly themed after her album tamahimesama (1984) lololol

• susumu hirasawa
  • another singer/songwriter who is incredibly talented, and has been very influential on me since 2021. his music is very surreal and otherworldly, and very beautiful. i have a shrine dedicated to him. a very very unique thinker, he inspires me a lot despite some of his views being disagreeable to me, but in my honest opinion you'll always find at least one thing you dislike about eccentric people.
